You never pay a penny for any of our member services - so who pays?
When an accident isn't your fault and there's an identified third party, their insurer pays us for our services as part of the natural claim on the third party's insurance policy.
How come you don't have to pay your insurance excess with us?
Why should you have to claim on your insurance when it's someone else's fault?! We don't do that. We claim on the third party's insurance instead, so your insurance excess is not payable.
We recover your car even when it's your fault - who pays for this?
Quite simply it's us who pay for this so that you don't have to. So you can have the confidence to simply call us first for help after an accident no matter what the circumstances.
What are we paid for? How do we make our money?
Our major revenue comes from providing you with a like-for-like as-new replacement car that is similar to your own instead of a mere courtesy car.
How is our revenue from third party insurers calculated?
In an agreement insurers have signed, every model of car has an agreed daily hire rate. Multiply this by the number of days you've had the car and that's what the third party insurer pays.
